## Investors  

Seed round holders are subject to an 18-month lockup beginning on Jul 1, 2022. Tokens will vest linearly over the following 18 months.

Private sale holders are subject to a 12-month lockup beginning on Jul 1, 2022. Tokens will vest linearly over the following 12 months.

## View-to-earn

150,000,000 vesting in the first year, halving every 2 years over 50 years.
