Thank you for visiting and shopping at viide.io. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy

  • Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is going to be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

  • Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

  • Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Viide.io can’t ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active ASAP.

  • Customs, Duties and Taxes

Viide is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Damages

Viide is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Refund & Return Policy

Purchases made via crypto cannot be canceled or refunded.

For all orders, if the device arrives broken, the customer has the option to request a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged and in its original package. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective products can be either refunded or replaced. Please submit your request using our customer support form. We will notify you once we’ve received and completed the inspection of the product, and let you know if the refund or replacement was approved.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Contact us for any device questions at support@viide.io.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Limited Warranty

  • Who is covered

This warranty is only extended to the original end-user purchaser for 12 months from the date of delivery. Products purchased on third-party websites, auction sites, or from other users do not carry any warranty.

  • What is covered

In the event that Viide determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the defect in a product was not caused by the customer or a third party, Viide, at its sole discretion, will either (i) remedy the defect, or (ii) replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product.

Products provided as replacements under the RMA service will remain under the original product’s warranty. The warranty date will not change or reset due to any RMA service performed.

  • What is not covered

The warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use of third-party equipment. Additionally, the warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification, or repair of the product.
